Die heel eerste ding wat ek gekoop het toe ek my eerste Patrol gekry het was 'n nuwe doppie vir die sleutel se remote. Gister was ek by my local Nissan om weer een te koop - "Nee jammer meneer jy kan nie dit so koop nie, jy moet die hele besigheid met remote binnegoed en al koop."
Ek probeer verduidelik ek het dit al by hulle gekoop maar nee, sy sisteem wys dit nie, so dan bestaan dit nie.
Gelukkig kry ek hierdie post, bel die parte man en gee hom die part nr. Surprise surprise, jy kan dit los koop soos ek hom probeer se het. Groter surprise is dat hulle een in voorraad het

This was one of the reasons I started this thread - You can get the parts for the key from any decent locksmith at a fraction of the price as the corresponding dealer price. And they are the "real deal".

Sorry for posting in an old thread.
Anyone know where I can cut a new key here in PTA? My key does not want to turn the ignition anymore. The spare works 100%. I even switched the transponder parts, but still nothing. So I put the physical key part of the spare on my key and now its working again. But now I only have one key to turn the ignition (both keys unlock the doors)
