FWW, on my Disco 1 I found that braking distances and especially wet tar braking distances were materially adversely affected when going from road (highway) tyres to mud terrains (BFGs).

I drove a GQ in Ghana for a while. You wait for someone to swerve and brake for a pothole and then just sail by them...

Hi . The people in the other car were uninjured . my current tires are Hankkook 265 / 65' MT . I believe they are in the top 5 , according to the last Drive Out tyre test . Regards
