Not as neat I know, but you could fit an aftermarket gauge.
However, is the tank built to take a sender setup? might be very difficult to fit one without causing leaks if not...

Was at Dawid's place today.
He has a choice of tanks , guage replacement and all the other parts to make it as close to a factory installation as you could want.
We do not realize the value he adds to our Patrol ownership. I got some parts for old Safari from him.

@ peter..... Yip the tank has an opening on the top of the tank with the 6 holes for the sender unit to just drop into the tank.
Christo.... for sure, he shall now be known as Doctor D..... fixing our girlfriends ( as the Iron Maiden is referred to by my wife ) when they are sick...

I've a main petrol tank, with bash plate cover for a Patrol 4.8L (2006 model). You are welcome to have it for a token amount. No pumps etc as they're in the new tank.

I don't think a main tank will fit as a sub tank.... but would be nice to carry an extra 95 litres....haha

Won't it be great if the PRADO's 180 litre tanks could fit in the Patrol's belly ??
