I have done the swop around, and sadly on my first trip with the new kit, my troll dropped us mechanically in Langebaan... 1500km from home.
4 months later, the replacement parts have arrived, and the repairs done... allegedly the car is running fine now, however have a R30,000 bill to pay, which I cannot afford without selling a kidney or the toys for this vehicle.... I chose to keep the kidneys... That said, I also thought rationally about it, and will sell the vehicle as well. Since the car dealers do not pay a cent more for the much needed accessories, I decided to put back the plastic bumper, and sell off both kits to recover costs.
Kit1: R26,000 (worth R32500 - speak to Mayhem on the forum). Practically unused. Was on car for only 1500km.
