After traveling on some bad corrugated road this week, I noticed this dark patch this morning.
Any recommendations on replacing? After market or original Nissan?

I have a brand new OME (old Man Emu) steering damper in the box for sale if you want one but the Nissan one is the best and I thinks its cheaper than the OME.

How much do you want for it? (if Danie doesnt want it).
EDIT: I see you in the cape. It might cost too much to get it up here...

HEHE, looking at the prices of these things with my very limited budget, I had my old damper from the Sani go FUBAR on the SFA.
I got DW and needed a damper to get the vehicle over 70km/h. My solution was the rear shock from a Disco2 that I had laying around spare. Steering is not much heavier unless you want to try and do and lock to lock in BIG hurry.

I just had to trim the one eye to fit into the bracket we had built for the original damper, and replace the bolt on the tie rod with a longer one.
