Price for 4.8 motor?

Lots to think about ,
However I have decided to rebuilt, the dammage not as bad as we were originally made to believe.
So we are fixing the 4.5 motor, found Gasket set,Mains & bigends in Cape town, Masterparts, Will resleeve the motor due to dammage on one cylinder. No other major damage.
I am looking for the following please.

Std Ring set, Water pump and Thermostat(can almost buy this one from Nissan) Does any one have any directions please ?

Thanks for all the comments, It did help to make up my mind wheater to convert or not.

In my seach for a motor I came accros a complete 2007 4,2 Patrol bakkie with a front right smash which I zap up very quickly for R45000. Its complete & repearable Insurance wanted to fix but owner refused now I will fix.
I am now also in the market for a bonnet, Right front head light, and fender if you know about some.
