Thank you for the pics, glad you guys did enjoy the trip! Your trip pics bring back may good memories of the times i had doing the Rust de Winter trail.

Dit was great.....dankie aan almal vir nog n wonderlike een daai 4.5 gq het die diesel gesleep waar bobejane nie met knopkieries kon loop nie......mooi prentjies christo....

In defence of the Patrol name , it must be said that the radiator damage on the 4.2d was caused by some idiot technician. The fan was fitted the wrong way around and caught the radiator when a little more than highway cruising was asked for.
Thinus , daai 4.2 het darem teen die ergste plekke gehelp , anders sou ek sulke groot gate gegrou het en dan sou daar dalk n paar ander karre (lees Toyota en Jeep) ook nie klaar gemaak het nie.
