SJC... I don't know if you have made contact yet with Nissan SA from the info I sent you, but they are hounding me everyday to get into contact with you.... Please PM me your contact number or give them a call on the number or e-mail address I sent I PM'ed you the other day.
It seems they really want to sort this out for you.

I had a bit much on my plate the last few days, but managed to send Marco a mail an hour ago. Did also include some of the mails that was send to the "not responding" dealerships.
