We had a meeting with Nissan SA today and they are happy with both venues! In about two weeks we should know what they will do to and add to our planning for the day.

They will support all Patrols and not just members of the club :woo: . I know some people are very negative about Nissan but they are very keen to help us and support our planning for the event.

Will keep you updated - it will be nice if we can have 60 Patrols joining us on the day!

Thanks Kobus, that is great news.

Can you please let us know what type of accomodation they are paying for (in other words, do we need to bring our own camping equipment)?

Thanks for your continued efforts.

:think :
Hi guys we need to get more people involved. How can we get to others. Can we ask that when we see a Patrol then we tell them about it. Maybe also visit our local Nissan dealers and tell them. We will also need to invite the press, so if you are in with the guys ask them to attend, they will at this stage pay for themselves. We also need other sponsers . We are waiting for the final word from Nissan who promissed within 2 week, from this last Monday , then we will have an answer. I think if we all get into organising this event it will help the process as we are running out of time. Those who want to know more about the venue GOOGLE 3 Provences. Keep in touch. Note there is camping facilities on the farm. :naughty: :helpsign: :helpsign: :helpsign:
