thanks for the very helpful advise and confirming what I was thinking the whole time.

I gathered as much regarding the engine.

I have decided to rather skip this one as like you guys said. I don't have the replacement engine and it would have been my daily. So if things went titts up I would have been screwed.

I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled for another one.
