Hi
I've just finished an order fro Partsouq.com and thought I would post this:
The seal kit is freely available.
From ebay :
https://www.ebay.com/itm/114477972354?e ... SwaWFgBErY
R280 all in. Autofren is german and is used by most brands. So it matches Tokico.
From Partsouq :
Oem seal kit $35
Oem master cylinder assy $165
https://partsouq.com/en/catalog/genuine ... d=19948&q=
Stuff from Partsouq comes within a couple of weeks, you pay the import cost and bolt on.
So pop in a fong kong kit from Autozone and enjoy your Trollie while u wait for the oem item

You can also try lmb in Strydom Park. I haven't bought a patrol kit from them, but for old classic cars, they have always helped me match up seals to make up a kit.
I can't see why they wouldn't be able to do the same for the patrol if they don't have one listed:

Morning, if I can give a little input, hope Karen doesnt find it unfriendly:
I had the same issue with an Isuzu, the OEM one was R5700, for R2700 I'd have gone OEM.
I eventually bought a Masterpart from Goldwagen for R1200.
I chatted to two Isuzu mechanics about buying the kits (although we were discussing Slave cylinders as Isuzu sell no kit for Master cylinders), they both said that just fitting new rubbers is risky as the body will probably be pitted or scored so youd need it either buffed or re-sleeved (as Tinus referred to above).
Hope this helps...
