Fanus

Although cheap, I am doing a few important things first to make the car driveable and reliable. Then will check what it is like on a trail, and will let you know if I am keeping it. But if I sell it, the price will be with the invoices of what I have done to date included.

Rust: Coat done where rust was quite bad. But not critically bad. Still needs painting. Not refined, just doing the basics here.

Alternator vacuum pump is leaking a lot of oil and needs o be replaced.

Power steering needed to be serviced, done.

Replaced driver seat, which was completely fubar.

Long term, the front and rear engine main seals and the gearbox front seal need replacing, but that was not the source of the major leak, which was the alternator vacuum pump.

Gear box oil filled up. Gear changes are much better now.

Brakes are screeching. Still need to check if only the pads or disks too.

So wanneer gaan ek en jy bietjie Moegatle toe om ons nuwe speelgoed te gaan toets?

Kar behoort reg te wees teen volgende week.
Ek het egter probleem met die Saterdag oggend. Daarom het ek gedink eerder Hennops wat nader is vir die Saterdag middag .
Moegatle is bietjie rof vir 'n eerste toetslopie!

Ai tog, daar vang jy my uit. Ek werk Saterdag sodat ek Maandag die 23ste kan afvat...

Ek is eintlik bietjie geskroef tot einde Oktober...
