Stefan, I used a Nikon coolpix P520 camera, the lens is not detachable, standard camera lens NIKKOR 42X WIDE OPTICAL ZOOM ED VR 4.3 - 180mm 1:3-5.9 Full HD, I hope this makes sense to you as i am not a camera fundi.
