The guys wants VOETSTOOTS in capital letters.
If, on the the other hand he is prepared to give you the full story of the rebuild, then maybe yes.

I say get a figure out of him, then work out whats available amongst various vehicles, then narrow it down. Prado will fetch high second hand prices, and rightly so, they very good vehicles, so a patrol may still be on the cards, due to resale.
