hahaha.... I said exactly the same thing !!!!.... but Ali is expensive and the weight, or lack thereof, is a benefit in an already heavy front end Patrol

Guys, if I fit a steel winch bar and winch (assuming either 9500 pounds or 12,000 pounds) winch to my vehicle, will I need to upgrade the front suspension or will the stock suspension carry it okay (bearing in mind that the back of the vehicle with the stock suspension tends to be somewhat lower than the front when the vehicle is fully loaded – e.g. going on holiday, but not it seems very much with a trailer (which then carries most of the load))? Have I suppose that if I do not want to upgrade the suspension and it would be necessary the only other option is to keep the standard plastic bumper and fit a winch plate because I would imagine that the front suspension would carry the winch on its own without too much difficulty?
Look here to see what appears to be a very good product at a very good price (almost 33% lower than the next best number):
