AIR CLEANER FILTER for ZD 30 motor .. TRY at MIDAS for a V6 30VG30 off a MAXIMA .. [the Bakkies 4x4 VG 30 had a DONALDSON ] the 30 diesel pick up migh also work .. not sure thopugh.. I always got filters for Boezman at MIDAS Menlyn [all of them] and never had Issues with quality .. GUD in die geel boksies :-)

ZD 30 Hardbody and Patrol are completely different airboxes Oom Mac ...... Oom mac I see you never changed your air filter in Agrob.....

You right -- I never did -- The dealer serviced AGAROB when I baught it -- it granaded before the next 15,000 km service was due. Then, SAC were SUPPOSED to put new filters when they overhauled the engine -- then I sold Agarob to Christo .. Christo serviced him dilligently .. What teh Dutchman does to it in terms of service .. not sure :-)

For what its worth, an OE airfilter from the dealer costs R550. And a oil filter is just over R240. I bought a air filter on tuesday to take with as spare for my trip in December.

Wow.... that's basically a grand a service, just on filters ( excl diesel filter )!!!

They newer models have to diesel filters. And yes. Very expensive. The 1 particle filter is just over 1.5K the other one is around R800.
