Hello all

The task allocation list is attached again. Please arrange that all on the list except Leon and Raymond reports to the event Command Center on Saturday 2014-08-16 at 05H30. The Command Center is at the Club house at Base 4.

We will go through the info packs that we have compiled for use at the obstacles.

Leon/Raymond- we need you to be there at 05H15 to be available when the gates open at 05H30. It will still be dark so please bring head lamps.

Parking is available to the right of the main entrance gate and not at the obstacles. Remember to bring a camping chair for you to use at the obstacle.

We are nearly there. The most recent list is attached as well as a "manual" - the latter will be available in the pack that is prepared for each obstacle.

It is important to arrive as early as possible - 05H00 is the best to prevent sitting in an endless queue.

Bring a head lamp or flash light - it will be dark!
