Marius, were the two attempts at balancing by the same outfit?

I had BF's on untill recently, and they started wobbling after 10-20k km, and after that nobody ever got them balanced well enough to kill the wobble.

I replaced them recently, and the car is dead smooth. Balancing done by Supa-Quick Edenvale.

You could also first rotate the tyres. It sometimes helps.

I dont agree I have had 35 '' tires on mine and had a slight wobbles before 100km per hour me and Peter c checked the bearings and the one was slightly loose pulled it up and wobble was gone I now have 33.'' Km2 on and stil no problems

Peter, I know the wobble is mostly not tyre related, but I have heard of large mud terrain tyres wearing off unevenly causing the appearance of a wobble.

Alex, any tire that is unevenly worn or out-of-round, or has chunks torn out as some BFG AT's do in rocks will cause this problem.

Tire size may affect the magnitude of the problem as larger tires have more leverage, but tire size is not the cause of the problem.

Similarly, a worn steering damper may not hide the problem as well as a new one, but this is not the cause of the problem.

The causes are, in no particular order:
Badly balanced or out-of-round tires.
Badly mounted or bent rims
Loose wheel bearings
Loose swivel hub bearings
worn or loose panhard rod bushes

Additional factors that may exacerbate the problem:
worn front control arm bushes
worn steering ball joints (drag link and tie rod)
worn or loose steering box or connection to steering wheel
worn steering damper
(these factors above do not cause the wobble, but may cause a wobble to go out of control, leading to "death wobble")

With your tyres being balanced 100% and with your current milage my first check would be your wheel bearings as they would most likely never been tightened. Jack up the front end and feel for any horizontal play. There should be none. If there is any remove the hubs and tighten the nut while turning the wheel. If that fails follow Peter C's guide
