I actually use cad for a living, but in this case I just made quick hand sketch for the machinist at the lathe :redface:

I used 50mm BMS bar and the turned down section must be 33mm, about 15-20mm long. The bar needs to be about 200mm long if you want to install the seal with the knuckle in place, otherwise about 100mm long should be good enough.

It's been a while, but I just found the invoice. Part numbers and descriptions are as per the invoice, and prices are the ex VAT prices.

Hi guys. It would appear that the time has come for me to replace the driver side axle oil seal on my trol. I just want to check and confirm if anybody has found an alternative to buying the seal from the dealers? Almost 600 bucks :surprised: for 3 oil seals just feels wrong! :thumbdown:
