I think it will be for licensed roadworthy vehicles. The rules may say that the vehicle must have doors and windows that can be closed ( may only be open a fist size when doing the obstacle.) This is a fun day and not a serious competition, so the others will be intimidated by your beast of a Patrol Theuhan...

I have e-mailed them, because if they going to complain about my doors, they are going to K@k in their broeks if they see my Roof.
