EFS meter is a MUST on these 16 valve 3.09 Di [ZD 30 engines]

if you free the "breathing" you dont need a chip -- 76mm down pipes manifold; then 63 mm out to the back -- NO boxes needed.
Have the CATS removed & bypassed to trick the LAMBDA
AND the fit an intercooler

tyres you can go to 265/75/16

if ever you think suspension -- go for CAMIL

Else --

Graham did a 180,000km servide for me last week. Very happy with the results, advice and attention to detail. He replaced all the fluids, some were very bad / I guess Nissan have never bothered, Greased prop shafts, gave the car a good inspection and tightened up what he could. Patrol is going very well now. I will be adding a snorkel soon, and getting rid of cat. I fitted new (Bilstein) shocks last thursday night, very happy with those - spent the weekend in the Waterberg and they really performed - returned on dirt most of the way past Rust de Winter. Will be doing more regular oil serviced from here on to try and keep the engine happy for longer.
I feel that Graham is a no nonsense, sensible mechanic who one can have a good talk to about issues on the vehicle and clearly knows his way around the Patrol. I will also be using him to look after SWAMBO's Polo in future.

Sounds like the right kind of person to look at my issues - I am busy typing out a list for him to attend to - at this rate, I will have replaced almost everything under the bonnet, except the engine! By the way, what are Graham's charges like - I mean is he pretty reasonable with labour ?
