Thanks but I must admit I always worry when recovering somebody I do not know. I know all my bolts are 8.8 or better and all my recovery points are up to the task but there are too many guys out there just not knowing enough or simply not caring and when it goes wrong it is your problem ... not on!

oh the joy of recovering Landy & Tyotta ... worth the risk.

But when a Jeep recovers a Patrol, that is also something to watch

Ian, I am more worried about you - when you get your Patrol and you lead the group everybody may not be able to follow

I know this is off topic, but I am sure i am seeing more Patrols on the road these days, and with the introduction of the 200 series, the Patrol is definitely getting a second look from would-be land cruiser buyers. Not to mention the increased publicity in the various 4x4 enthusiast magazines (specifically leisure wheels in conjunction with lasport)?
