The story is, I tore my sleeping bag.
How did I tear it, you may ask
It got wet first (as per your question),
Then it was tied to the roofrack
Then there was that that little incident at 29:20sec.
And that is how I tore my sleeping bag.
The cabin floor of the car is rubberized. So, no carpets to worry about.
