Edward,
All turbos must also be balanced like the wheels on your car. Looking at this it seem to be the balancing report.
I do agree with Oom Mac.
Turbo work would be able to confirm what this is.

Looks like a balance report yes. Horizontal line represents the turbo rpm and vertical line is the vibration.

But what the report says other than pass I dont know
