Entries for the day will be closed at 12H00 on Friday 06 June.(This is because the club has to confirm numbers with SANDWANI and the sponsors).
The maximum number of participating vehicles are 50.

07:00 - Committee and Marshals arrive at Sandwani

Setup branding
Setup and mark Academic track
08:30 - Members and guests arrive, register and sign both the SANDWANI and Nissan Offroad Owners Club indemnities (Handled by Jorrie)
09:30 - Driver briefing (Jorrie/Glyn Demmer)
10:00 - Academic track and Recovery demo’s (Glyn Demmer)
12:00 - Academic track continue and Quarry drive starts/Radio Presentation by Christo van Rensburg
14H30 - Braai sponsored by Mark White Nissan (Bar opens and the Trail and Academic Track Closes)
16H00 - Departure
General
There are restaurant, bar and toilet facilities at SANDWANI (These are used at own cost)
The cost for the Academic Track is paid for by the sponsors.
Use of the Quarry Trails will be at own cost (R100 per vehicle plus R50 per person)
All drivers are required to sign the required indemnities.
All drivers must have valid driver's licences.
Bring at least 2 liters of water per person.
Bring own snacks.
Bring own recovery gear.
Bring headgear and sunblock.
No alcoholic beverages may be consumed whilst any driving, training or instruction activities are taking place.
