TB48DE engine timing

Post by Strandblom »

Good monring all, I just purchased the Nissan Data Scan software and is busy doing diagnostics. Does anyone know what the timing should be on the 4.8? I read somewhere it should be between 5 and 10 degrees BTDC. Is this correct? Any information would be appreciated..

Strandblom,

5 grade btdc.

Mine pick up the signal OK but you can make an extension with a normal plug wire if you struggle.
