Me thinks it's the hydraulic tappets emptying during the night and taking time to fill.
As a matter of interest, do you get it more often when you moved the car the previous night, i.e. only started and idled a short time before it is switch off?

Could also be the timing chain tensioner taking time to fill with oil...
