What advice (except for removing the doors) can you guys give me, how to get my back doors quiet? Especially the bigger one with the spare wheel on.

Re: Noisy back door!!!
Noisy when opening or closed.
Opening - the big door's stay's bearings are stuffed and no amount of oil grease will fix.
Closed - I normally wipe all the door seals with Dash type spray and then grease the strikers as well as the buffer at the bottom. keeps it quiet for a while.

Wile driving, such a rattle I hate it...... I have sprayed it with Teflon spray, was better but still noisy, isn't there a way of setting the latch for more solid shut.

Re: Noisy back door!!!
Hi
There are a small rubber fitting in the latch that wears out. If you put a small piece of rubber/foam on it, it helps with the noise. This seems the wear out over time, so needs replacement now and then. It is at the top, not the one at the bottom.

Re: Noisy back door!!!
Both top and bottom latches are adjustable, and since your car is still new, I would start there. I find they have to be set pretty tight, so that the door needs a hefty almost-slam to get it closed.
Lubricate the rubber block/stop/guide.

Re: Noisy back door!!!
Also check that the rubber stop is still in the metal bracket (center bottom of door opening). Mine has been dislocated when someone took something heavy out and slid it across the bracket just catching the rubber piece.
What size sparewheel do you have? bigger heavier with spacers will cause more stress on the door
