Re: Gutless Patrol
Ben does not do this sort of stuff himself anymore.
He focuses more on the steel works.
However he had my petrol pump sorted out with a direct referral from him.
So you can still work via him, if Centurion is inconvenient to you.

You will run into trouble on very steep passes like the ones in Lesotho, but you will feel a big difference in the car. Maybe contact Jorrie and ask who he used to do his. He did his pump just after I did mine. Maybe you can arrange a GTT and feel his cars power.
Graham Cumming sorted my Patrol out. Go to him. As Tinus says he knows the 4500 backwards.
In my case it was both the fuel pump and the filter.

Re: Gutless Patrol
Thanks Graham!
Thanks to Graham my 4500 GL is now pulling like a tank and I can hear myself talk over the engine again. I think I have now proved my point that the stealers do not know what they are doing on the patrols. This is a vehical that has always been serviced at Nissan, I was battling with lack of power and the engine was making a racket. Took it to Graham who pointed out even before he plugged in his computer that the timing was slightly out and the tappets where not set correctly! Plugged in his computer and low and behold half the computer settings where out as well! One day at Graham and my Troll drives like it is supposed to! O and PS looks like Nissan never bothered to grease the prop ever!!! My 4.8 is now at Dr Graham and my vehicals will never see another Nissan dealership again!!!

Re: Gutless Patrol
Hi Ian
I am glad you got it sorted. It really make quite a difference to the power of the car.
