Reputable Performance Engineering Shop CT?

Post by Ross »

Hi All,

Apologies, this isn't Patrol related, but maybe I can get some get some input from those in the know please  :helpsign:

I have a Fiat X1/9 which I bought as a project car a while ago, and I want to re-do the engine early in the new year. Where in Cape Town (not SAC please!!!) can I get the following competently done:

1. Balance the rotating assembly (bottom end of the motor).
2. Port the Head
3. Re-grind the cam to a given profile
4. Fit larger inlet valves to the head.

The motor is a Fiat 1500 SOHC, under powered in std form but capable of being quite fun with some mods.
