Fanus dit gaan dalk uiteindelik die monteerpunte vir 'n spaarwiel-swaaiarm wees, maar dit kan dalk ook "barwork" dra wat bo om die spaarwiel na die rock-slider gaan (amper soos Tyler Thompson op Youtube se GQ).

Of dalk soos Des voorgestel het, montering vir die toilet-stoel! :rolling:

Die gat voor die agterwiel (wat ook binne jou sirkel is) is bedoel as 'n hi-lift jack punt. Nog nie seker of hy sterk genoeg is nie. Gaan nie nou al die vars nuwe verf opneuk om uit te vind nie.

Kan nie glo jy het dit als in 2 dae gedoen gekry en jou grootste probleem was dat jou verf opgeraak het nie! Wanneer ek so iets probeer leer die bure gewoonlik 'n paar nuwe vloekwooorde

A teaser for the swing arm:

However, note that only one spare can be carried, as there isn't really room in the bumper for lights. There isn't enough room between the body-mounted lights for two spares.

The main reason I am putting the carrier around the back of the wheel is to get the wheel as close to the body as possible, to keep the weight as close to the axle as possible.

Ian and I and some guys from 4x4 Community did Piesangkloof yesterday.
While it's not the toughest track out there it has it's moments. So far I am very happy with the extra clearance of the bumper and the new sliders. I never touched once despite tacking the toughest lines I could find.
