Check the mountings, but this could also be the rear propshaft cavitating. At low RPM's the prop may rattle. Your description of "harmonic" ties in with that. Also check the universals on the prop shafts, and grease them properly.

There are grease nipples in the centre of both UJ's (you might need to put the transfer in neutral in order to turn them into the correct orientation to get a grease gun in) and also on the propshaft's slip-yoke assembly. Simpy squirt in new grease until the old grease comes out.

Use the correct-spec grease. Manuals indicate that this should be NLGI No. 2 (Molybdenum disulphide lithium soap base).

good thinking and quick response much appreciated.

there definitely has not been a greasemonkey anywhere near my rig in a decade. Will lube em up.

Also, check the mounts.

Here are symptoms:

happens in 4th or 5th gear
low rpms in 5th
random rpms in 4th
shake seems up/down motion
seems harmonic/frequency

getting off the gas, changing rpms, braking etc can get out of it.

Mounts?

Always at more or less same speed? Perhaps 80-90km/h?
Not a steering wobble?

It is above 65 km/h.

I didn't notice the exact speed it occurs. Will keep tabs and report.

Generally between 70 and 110 km/h. Although I haven't gone faster. Driving here in Philippines you dont really need or get to.

NEW ISSUE: Drivetrain / clutch

got stuck in stop/start sh-city driving.

When drop/quick engaging the clutch in 1st and 2nd there was clank in driveshaft. As if it was loose like a quarter of a rev with semi free spin before lock/clanking in. Occurred atleast15-20 times. I could feather the clutch and seemed remove the sudden free spin clank. .

Is this ok?

Clutch or shaft?

Maybe even worn universal Joints, greasing these may not resolve the issue on the universal joints though.

Nothing important, just a quick update

1. Shakes : I've got the steering wobbles. Starts at 85km/h. Will start diagnosing. Tires, Panhard, tie rods, kingpins, arms...
2. Driveline : seems ok just clunky. U-joints visual inspect ok I'm sure replacing would be niice. anyway, for now grease n gun on the way.
3. Winch asking price 250usd. Model any good? Worth it? Install options?

Don't know that winch, most guys here have either a TJM or Warn, but Due to the weight of the Patrols, one needs a beefy winch. I have a 12 000lb Warn, that I've only used to recover other people, but its nice to know its there incase one day it is needed.
