So just a quick technical question:

How many vehicles in total and how are you going to arrange the 70 for the BIG picture? I am happy to do some layouts to make sure we have a nice even picture...

I will be bringing my drone.

We are in excess of 90 vehicles that is registered for the event, and of these 80-85 are Patrols.

Is there anyway of checking if we are all up to date with payments etc? When I try to log in again to the website we registered i get a request for an OTP again. stevejr2005(at)yahoo.com Steven Robinson

As long as you use the same email address you will get a new OTP every time but it will take you to your original registration.

There is only 2 payments outstanding.

I will put a link to an excel spreadsheet now then you can check :thumbup:

Registration

23 September 2021

There will be 2 Gazebos at the entrance of Goerapan.
  • When you arrive, we will check your detail against the registration information that we have.
    Driver will sign the registration which is also an agreement to the indemnity.
    Everybody in the vehicle will have their temperature taken and recorded.
    Driver receives his goody bag for the event.
    Every person in the vehicle will receive an armband that must be worn for the duration of the event.
    Vehicle details will be confirmed (scrutinized) - Stickers placed on front and back window - no stickers will mean no participation of any event!!!
  • Goerapan will confirm payment of accommodation and pre ordered food (please bring along proof of payment just to be safe).
    If any payment is outstanding it will have to be settled IN CASH for entry.
Off you go to set up camp or book in at your chalet.

Ps - we will do our best to accommodate the late comers, and those arriving on Friday as well :thumbup:
