New to Patrol in my Y62
Hi,I recently bought my first Patrol 2018 Y62, after “perving” for years at autotrader and hearing people say these cars are “bullet proof”. During lockdown I watched many an Aussie video of kitted cars and one popped out at a great price. I have realised that after purchasing there are very limited mods available in SA for these. I have searched the forum and seen Y62’s are not always the favourite of Patrol fanatics. Well I have imported an Ontrack lift kit through Dash Off-road for my HMBC model and will be fitting it soon. I will take some pics and report on issues etc if anyone is interested.
Thanks for accepting, I am excited to be part of this group.

Re: New to Patrol in my Y62
Welcome Mark
I hope the vehicle gives you great enjoyment. I have had the opportunity to drive one on gravel and tar, and they are wonderful to drive, and watching the videos from Aus, they do appear to be significantly more capable than the Cruiser 200.
Not the type of car I want, but that doesn't make it bad, just means I am a dinosaur.
