Intrepid had some more TLC this weekend.
Full chassis wash.
Checked and repaired some body panels that wasn't sitting straight.
3 weeks from today she'll be on road to the kgalagadi and northern cape.

Good Evening Gents
I trust the forum members are all well.
Since my last post ive completed the duel battery setup and so far so good. I now still need to complete the "power board" where all the items requiring power can be plugged in, as I want the minimum amount of cables directly connected to the battery.
Ive also received my solar panels and smart charger from Bushpower. So that also needs to be installed. Any ideas for fitting panels below roofrack? To be removed when camping.
I have added a rooftop tent from safari canvas tents.
Due to a problem with steel supply ive had to wait before starting with water tank. Its a big tank, i know, but it will be used for washing up and shower. Depending on duration between water supply. The plan is to only fill when at camp and travel empty where possible. Above the tank will come a flat deck for other general storage. All this bolts together so can be removed when not needed.
Keep well
Cheers

Preparing some new badges for Hillbilly. Front grill badge needs some way of mounting to the grill. But for now it just getting cleaned after the 3D print, and some black paint in the lettering. Hopefully get some paint next week.
