Also discovered that. In retrospect, replacement lenses/lights the only option

Or have them polished to crystal clear and get a clear plastic film applied. CPP films like the 3M products.

It is also "shock" adsorbent so will protect your headlights from cracks to a certain extent. I have one of my cars protected and it is amazing stuff. I had a piece of 2cm gravel that came off an oncoming bulk stone lorry and it bounced off the road, my bonnet and I saw it wiz over the roof . I was sure it had dented the metal, but apart from a graze in the film there was no mark... and I see the film has almost self healed. Amazing stuff and I have had it on headlights for 11 years now and no sign of yellowing.
