So this happened....

According to previous owners invoices radiator hose kit was purchased in 2020. Front hoses look new.
Are these back ones not suppose to be part of the kit? (between engine and firewall).
Can this hose be supplied by a parts shop eg midas?

For now i temp fixed the existing hose but need to replace it asap...

For the GU models, as far as I know, they are agents only, but perhaps Terrain Tamer may have a kit. Ask Tinus perhaps ? Those pipes are for the heater matrix. There is one pipe going in, and one pipe going out. You can bridge the two pipes using any proper coolant pipes (ie: just connect the two together) and bypass the heater matrix completely if it is a crisis.

In my experience though, when pipes start leaking, they start leaking all over the place. Fix the one, and it starts elsewhere. At least that is what happened to me.

So it might be an idea to redo all the cooling pipes while you're busy with it. If you do this, also make sure the oil cooler (if the TB42 has one - I know the TB45 has one on the driver's side of the block) is not blocked and nice and clean.

Edit: to answer your other question, the heater pipes are seperate. They are not part of the radiator hose kit.

The water pipes running through the fire wall is for the heater matrix, that is separate from the water hoses....
