Maar nou moet ek darem in alle eerlikheid eers 'n lansie vir Johan breek:

Nadat ek die Patrol gekoop het loop ek vir Johann raak by een die OAC se vergaderings by Outdoor Warehouse.
Daar se ek toe vir hom ek moet hom kom sien oor 'n veerstelsel en bande.
Hy vra toe vir my met 'n frons: "Vir die bakkie" "Nee"se ek, "vir die Patrol".
"O Bliksem" se hy. My eerste gedagte was: "wat nou, wat's fout met 'n Patrol. Het ek dan nou verkeerd gekoop?"
Johann vra my toe "Weet jy hoe het hulle 'n Patrol ontwerp?" "Nee" se ek oorbluf.
"Nissan in Japan het 'n Cruiser gekoop en uitmekaar gehaal, alles 2 keer sterker gemaak en herontwerp en toe aanmekaar gesit as 'n Patrol" se hy.
Onmiddellik is my besluit oor die Patrol net daar as 'n oorweldigende "YES" bevestig!
