As far as overlanding mods go:
I've building a draw system which is quite low and compact so that I would be able to sleep inside the car. The draw system houses two draws at the back, one for food and the other with all cooking items and two plate gas stove which is ready to go. Behind those draws towards the back seats is a dual battery setup with a DC to DC charger which is wired up to a small control panel in that back storage thingi. Then on the other side is a recovery kit and tools.

Then I've messed around with roof racks and a water tank between the rack and the roof which was linked to a pipe which gravity fed water down and around my exhaust manifold and then hot water out the front. But ive since sold this as I'm going to build a super light rack of my own with fibreglass tank which is profiled for less wind resistance and then built in solar system and lighting into the rack. The rack with also have a bispoke roof top tent that will house 4 and only add 35kg of weight due to using the existing structure for strength.

Further to this for water I have a dead space behind my back row of seats and my draw system which I can make a 30L water tank to not waste the space.

Others smaller things are also in the pipeline, but like many of you there is limited time and finances for all this.
Regards

Rob Duane
