Molopo in vloed (eerste Patrol-uitstappie)

Ons het Sondagmiddag na kerk gou-gou die 120km grondpad tot anderkant Vergeleë aangepak om na die Molopo te gaan kyk. Die rivier loop ongeveer een keer elke sewe jaar en na die afgelope droogte is dit 'n uitsonderlike gesig.

Die Patrol het hom knap gedra en ek verstaan nou waaroor die Patrol-herrie gaan. Die ou skip KAN!!! Die paaie is deels behoorlik sleg en ek kon nogtans met gemak 80-90km/u handhaaf. Ervaarder bestuurders sal dit natuurlik vinniger kan doen.

Please can you make the photos under 1Mb as a lot of guys cannot get them to open ( slow work internet bandwidth ). Here at work it trys to load up the photo ... then about half way through it times itself out. :confused:

No worries Jaap, I know a few guys also battle to open the pics when they are huge. It just makes life easier.

Sadly as technology advances with better cameras etc, and older internet infrastructure sometimes makes life difficult instead of easier....haha. I think when they finally get the fibre optics network sorted out in our area it will make life much easier too.
