SWAMBO and I managed to get away for a quiet weekend to Kouga Wildernis which lies between Joubertina and the Baviaans (-33.715266, 23.841974). From the R62 there is a nice +30km gravel road to the farm, which includes a couple of single lane mountain passes with great views. No photos from the drive, but these are some from the farm...

We certainly did enjoy it alot Michael :thumbup: and Wilkie I did mange to use the short stick, but no need for low range or diff-lock. There are a few 4x4 routes on and around the farm, but we had more important things to do :biggrin: We'll definitely go back next year and take a few people with and find some of the more technical stuff.

PC bash plate and transfer case protector fitted...still need to figure out the fitment of the diff protector.

Looks good. Did not realise there was such a difference in PC's bashplates between the 4.5 and 4.8....
