SWAMBO and I managed to get away for a quiet weekend to Kouga Wildernis which lies between Joubertina and the Baviaans (-33.715266, 23.841974). From the R62 there is a nice +30km gravel road to the farm, which includes a couple of single lane mountain passes with great views. No photos from the drive, but these are some from the farm...

We certainly did enjoy it alot Michael  and Wilkie I did mange to use the short stick, but no need for low range or diff-lock. There are a few 4x4 routes on and around the farm, but we had more important things to do  We'll definitely go back next year and take a few people with and find some of the more technical stuff.
