Madman and EGT probe is closer to R2900.
I paid less than R2k for the auber gauge and probe and fittings.

Thanks all, a few bloody knuckles, and sore fingers, but the EGT and Boost gauges are installed and working. Now I need to learn how to drive properly... :woo:

I finished late last night. Boost looks too high. Peaks around 1.5 bar when I push it hard. I did the Boost gauge first and drove around a bit with it. Will probably need to adjust the VNT screw a bit. I haven't driven with the EGT yet - Just started it and set the alarms and adjusted from DegF to DegC etc. Will report back on the findings as I drive it more...

Yes, limp mode kicks in at 1.7bar. I managed to get my EGT to peak at 460DegC this morning on the way to work... Pushing hard up a hill in 3rd. Haven't got on the highway yet, or towed my boat... So far so good...
