Re: River trip 2016
Alex,
"Bottom line" Dit was amper so lekker soos die donuts by Moegatle.

Re: River trip 2016
Right - I've taken forever to get the photos uploaded. I got back from River Trip to spend the last week commuting to and fro from Sandton.
So, these are the photos I have of River Trip. Being the driver, I didn't get the opportunity to take many photos, and relied heavily on Etienne - my navi. :)

Re: River trip 2016
Now, this is not really River Trip.
As all know, we decided to climb out at the Lethaba bridge on the Sunday with every intent on going home. However, after reaching the Phalaborwa road, and realising how close we were to Phalaborwa, we decided to take a quick drive through the Kruger as I've never been there before. As things work out, we managed to get a spot open at Balule, and we camped at Kruger, leaving very early on Monday morning.
Yes... I know - but Etienne and I often "gat-skuur". We've been known to decide that "tomorrow would be a nice day for fishing" on an evening, and then we're normally on a charter boat in Sodwana at dawn the following day... The wives don't like it that much, maarnouwat.

Heh. I was waiting for that... It's a leopard. It's sleeping under the tree. I reduced the size of the picture for upload purposes. You can just make it out...Alex Roux wrote:Ian
