Josh, ek is die 11de Junie in Secunda vir 'n tydren en ek gaan met die Safari daar wees dan kan ons bietjie kyk. Ek gaan nie deelneem nie, maar ek ry agter die tydrenmotors aan om seker te maak almal is deur die sneltrajekte.

Dankie dat jy daar by my was en ons het ook my seun se Safari se brieke vervang en hulle werk nou goed.

Ek het nog 'n ou stel van die agter wiel brieke wat net vervang moet word vir die breed gedeelte van die briek dele.

Harry, do you get parts for the brakes or must you use parts from other cars? Concerning pad and linings as well as booster rubbers?

My seun het sy voorste briek skoene by Litts 2000 in Kempton Park gekoop en ek kry gewoonlik die voor wiel en agter wiel brieke by hulle - ek koop al meer as 25 jaar parte by hulle.

Dit sal baie goed wees om jou Safari se deel van die dak te kan op lig om binne in te kan loop en kamp soos in my Safari wat ek vir jou gewys het! :thumbup:

Ek is nogal geinterresseerd in so konsep, maar met 'n canvas canopy. Watse tiepe "lifts" of meganisme, gebruik mens om die dak te lig?

Ek gebruik 2 pype wat in mekaar kan inskuif - vir al 4 kante - en die binneste pyp het 'n boorgatjie en die buitenste pyp het 'n metaal deel met 'n bout met spring en as jy die dak op lig dan laat die spring die bout in die binne pyp wat opskuif se gat ingaan en dan bly die dak regop.
