what is this?

Hi, I was pokIng around my rear diff seeing that it harde g#* to ingadge. Then I saw this Thing connected to the dif with a spring. Can someone please tell me what it is and what it does :think:

That is basically the auto adjuster for the rear brakes so the heavier the rear is loaded the more brake force is applied to the rear most vehicles tend to brake more with the front brakes.

Ek weet nog nie. Ek het die Patrol gewas en toe na die probleem begin kyk. Toe bel ek jou en toe begin ek die threads lees oor diff lock. En toe lees ek die manne praat van ry en draai terwyl jy ry. En ek was toe nie lus om die Patrol weer vuil te gaan maak nie. Die tyres is gepolish en alles :biggrin: so ek sal maar intussen al die posts lees en as hy weer vuil is gaan karring :lol:
