Dear All
Not criticize but for info - AC circuit breakers do not work for DC - they will not trip

and DC circuit breakers are verrrry expensive

A year later, and prices bound to rocket. Best I could do was R3850-00 for a C-tek D250S - 12 V 20 A New stock will be R4400-00......Might be sales talk.
Tinus, still the man when you need a LC, R3306-00 (95 A/hr)
Next will be a box, plugs, fuses and some wire.

Hi Dungbeetle

Thanks for the advice. When I did the installation I checked if the breakers will trip and they did with a dead short. I might add fuses just for in case. I must add that the nice thing about the breakers is that you can use them as switches, I put them in the off position when I do not use that specific plug.

Ettienne ek sal as ek dit weer moet doen nie die boks gebruik wat ek gebruik het nie. Jy kan nie die battery in die boks vas maak nie en dit skuif n bietjie rond. Verder werk dit baie goed. Het dit nou al n paar keer gebruik en kyk nie terug nie. Die boks en die yskas is van die beste kope wat ek al gemaak het. Sterkte met jou bou. :thumbup:

Ek sal wel n boks gebruik, maar het n plan om te verhoed dat die rond skuif.
Wil graag ook n battery laaier in bou en yskaste permanent op 12v hou. ek is bang dat sommige kampe se kragopwekkers dalk probleme het met spanning regulering.

Ek sal dit probeer. Die battery is gelukkig so swaar dat dit glad nie rondskuif nie. Maar net vir ingeval sal ek dit doen.

Jy kan ook die bracket wat gewoonlik oor die voorste battery kom gebruik, boor twee gaatjies onder in steek die twee punte in en dan kom plaatjie oor battery..... hoop dit maak sin :redface:
