4.8 Coil Springs

Post by Jorrie » 04 Mar 2015 08:01

Some advice please.
How does the 4.8 springs differ left and right, and front and rear. I was given a set and I am considering fitting them to my 4.5. The two rear springs seem to be the same but the front coils differ in the number of coils. What shocks should I fit if I do use these coils? How much lift can I expect out of this change?

Hi Jorrie

Hoor dalk by Graham wat moet waar kom.

Jorrie, if the front coils are the same length and the material is the same thickness, then the one with fewer coils will be stiffer and thus for the driver's side...

Materiaal is dieselfde dikte.
