Is there any way Guests can be prevented from using the Quick-chat?

Admin can block guests out....we do it on other forums. Guests have to register. If it continues ,spam and undesirable stuff will pop up.

If they can string together a coherent sentence, I don't mind them asking a quick question now and then...

I believe that the forum have to maintain its friendly face which seems to be condusive to new member attraction. We have to "invite" new members in with this character. However, the "quick chat" has a specific purpose and needs to be regulated in such a way that it serve that purpose.

Suggestion1: Registration as a member is compulsory before any participation.

Suggestion2: What about a VIN number register on this forum in order to start keeping record/data of the Patrols in SA??
