Die kleur wat die eienaar die meeste van hou.

Ek hou die meeste van so 'n dowwe lig-bruin/sand kleur. Wys nie stof of krappe nie.
Mag ons ons kenniskry met lekkerkry aanhoukry.

White, or better known as the "it will buff out" colour. It is not my personal favourite colour but is more veld friendly than say a metallic colour

DEFINITELY NOT SILVER! I love my silver Patrol but that metallic shows off scratches like nobody's business. Khaki or a sandy colour is my choice for a working 4x4

Any metallic colour, it just looks so much classier on any vehicle than what a flat colour does on the same vehicle.

After retiring from FNB, I helped a buddy out at his Panel Beating shop for 9 months and there I saw what he always told me. It is easier to colour match a metallic colour on a vehicle than a flat colour. A flat colour fades (oxidises), but the clear coat on a metallic colour prevents the metallic paint from fading. Your colour matching is only as good as the painter's eye for matching paint if the paint has faded, specially red, and other dark colours, but also white. On a metallic vehicle, the paint gets mixed according to the original paint code and the match is around 98% accurate, meaning that the normal person will not notice the difference.

Also, scratches in the bush is normally polished out much easier and much more successfully on a metallic paint than on a single coat (as most flat colours are), because it is normally only the clear coat that gets scratched. More often than not, a flat colour scratches and the primer shows. This very seldom happens on a metallic paint.
